SMS SRS web service is not running on SRS Reporting point server

Component Status and Site System Status is showing: SMS SRS web service is not running on SRS Reporting point server

This is a know bug for ConfigMgr 2007.

I have SCCM SP2 R3 and this problem SRS not being green in the status window.
Is this applicable for my install because it says SP1?
